My best friend and sister could do such a thing.  She’s really just this tiny little thing that can’t defend herself at all.  Well, never judge a book by it’s cover. Jade is really a cut throat killer. She has been for quite a while now. She refused to tell me why, but I don’t really care. She does it and she’s still living and breathing. After all those battles.  I sighed as Jade smiled up at me. She was shorter that I was by about six inches. She always dressed a little eccentrically, now I understand why.  
She sheathed her sword and patted her hip where her lucky Fates

Desolate Soul, Pt. 5 -Present-Izabel finally looked up at me, "He's gone because of your stupid idea. He would still be here smiling if it wasn't for you."  I gave her the 'dumb' look, "You think I don't know that? You think I haven't thought about the loss of my best and only friend? You think that making me feel guilty will help you? You've got something else coming."  "He followed you and died because of you."  I turned away from to hide the tears that were starting to well up in my eyes, "I know. I know thatt I should have died also. I haven't been able to stop thinking about that. I wish that I would be laying here instead of him."  Izabel sighed, Desolate Soul, Pt. 5 -Present-

Desolate Soul, Pt. 4 -Past-Mari was waling next to Izabel right outside of school. They were talking again and I saw the concerned look on Mari's face. He wasn't so happy about something. I decided not to interrupt them this time and watched his facial expressions. His face held the look of worry and the look of denial. Something major was going on, but I knew he wasn't going to tell me if I asked. And I wasn't going to dig into his business. He could tell me if he wanted to.  Mari finally caught sight of me and ran over to me. His smiled was so pained it almost hurt me. His eyes were full of thought that I knew I wouldn't be able to take, "Courtney, Izabel and I Desolate Soul, Pt. 4 -Past-
